Warranty Coverage

Lifetime Instrument Body Warranty

NRSA Surgical warrants the stainless steel instrument body of the Dynamic Auto-Palm Needle Driver against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the instrument when used as intended and properly reprocessed.

5-Year Insert & Mechanism Warranty

The tungsten carbide jaw inserts and locking mechanism are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear of inserts or serrations
  • Changes in performance due to expected use over time
  • Cosmetic wear or discoloration
  • Improper use
  • Improper sterilization or reprocessing
  • Damage caused by impact, misuse, or modification

NRSA Surgical reserves the right to evaluate instruments returned under warranty and determine eligibility.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

If you believe your instrument requires warranty evaluation, please contact NRSA Support with the following information:

Required Information:

  • Name
  • Facility / Hospital
  • Model and length
  • Serial number (if present)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (recommended)

Once reviewed by support, NRSA will issue an RMA number and return instructions.

No instruments will be accepted without an RMA number clearly referenced on the return package.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping the instrument to NRSA Surgical. If a warranty-covered defect is confirmed through inspection, NRSA will cover outbound return shipping of the repaired or replacement instrument.

Evaluation & Resolution

After inspection, NRSA will either repair the instrument or replace it with the same model (or the closest equivalent available). Ineligible instruments will be returned to the customer with explanation and recommendations.

Typical evaluation time is 5–10 business days from receipt.
